We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join our team at Long-term Teachers Ltd. As a Learning Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting students with additional needs, including high-functioning autism and ADHD, in a secondary school setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide classroom support to students, including one-to-one assistance as needed
  • Help students stay focused and engaged in their learning, while also allowing them time to regulate themselves
  • Supervise students outside of the classroom, including break times and extracurricular activities

The school is an 11-16 special school with over 100 students, focusing on supporting students with predominant needs associated with autism and ADHD. The school has a close-knit team that works relentlessly to support each other and the students.
