Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and caring Registered General Nurse to join our team at Westgate Healthcare. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and support to our residents at Westgate House Care Centre.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Home Manager in implementing policies and procedures to ensure the highest standards of care.
  • Ensure residents have access to medical, social, and other care services as required.
  • Adhere to infection control policies and procedures, and work in line with CQC guidelines, NMC code of conduct, and relevant legislation.
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to provide comprehensive care and support to residents.

Requirements:

  • Valid and current NMC registration and PIN.
  • A compassionate and caring nature, a positive attitude, and a flexible work ethic.
