Automotive Sales Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Parks Motor Group. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a fast-paced and busy sales environment, ensuring that all sales processes are efficient and effective.
- Lead, inspire, and engage the sales team, providing guidance and support to ensure they are working to achieve targets.
- Ensure each member of the sales team is working to achieve sales performance targets, and that sales performance processes and systems are robust.
- Manage sales team development, performance, and recruitment, ensuring that the team has the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed.
- Maximize commercial opportunities through providing advice to sales and aftersales executives, and planning and implementing effective local promotions, dealership displays, and advertising campaigns.
- Manage the supply of used car stock effectively, ensuring that the team has access to a wide range of vehicles to meet customer demand.
- Understand the relevant local market, competition, and consumer influences, and use this knowledge to inform sales strategies and tactics.
- Be a core member of the centre team, observing and leading by example, and contributing to the development of the team and the business.
- A full UK driving licence.
- Eligibility to work in the UK.
- Flexible to work hours required for the role.
- High standards of verbal and written communication.
- Proven prior experience in a similar role in the automotive industry.
- A successful track record of delivering outstanding results and exceptional customer satisfaction.
