Senior Process Enhancement Specialist

Your Responsibilities:
Assist in the effective execution and delivery of product-focused projects and change initiatives, collaborating with colleagues across various departments, including IT development and Jet2Digital teams.Contribute to the continuous enhancement of Product department processes, focusing on efficiency and automation.Proactively seek out opportunities for improvement and implement changes within Product department processes, providing training to the team as necessary.Maintain and update Product Processes & Administration documentation, ensuring all guides reflect current practices and improvements.Support Product department projects throughout the change lifecycle, acting as a subject matter expert to advocate for team priorities; collaborate with Product, Jet2Digital, IT Development teams, and other key stakeholders from planning to implementation and ongoing evaluation.Oversee the IT development process within Product by identifying development needs, gathering data on value and benefits, engaging with relevant business areas to align requirements, and coordinating with Jet2Digital to manage development requests and departmental IT backlogs.Establish and nurture effective working relationships with suppliers and colleagues across the organization for the benefit of the department and the company.Prepare for and contribute to meetings, proposing agenda items and recommendations for discussion.
Your Qualifications:
Experience in a process improvement role, with a track record of identifying and implementing enhancement initiatives.Strong analytical skills with the ability to make informed decisions.Meticulous attention to detail and high accuracy.Excellent organizational abilities, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously and adjusting priorities based on business needs.Strong verbal and written communication skills, with experience engaging with diverse business areas and colleagues.Comfortable navigating various business systems.Proficient in a Microsoft Office environment and related software.Able to work independently and take initiative.
