Your Responsibilities:
Facilitate the successful execution and adoption of product-driven projects and change initiatives, collaborating closely with colleagues across various departments, including IT development and Jet2Digital teams.Drive the continuous improvement of Product department workflows, focusing on efficiency and automation.Proactively seek out opportunities for change and enhancement within Product department processes, training team members on these improvements.Maintain and update Product Processes & Administration documentation, ensuring all procedural guides reflect current practices and improvements.Support Product department projects throughout the change lifecycle, serving as a subject matter expert to advocate for team priorities; engage with Product, Jet2Digital, IT Development teams, and other key stakeholders from planning to implementation and ongoing evaluation.Oversee the IT development process within Product by identifying development needs, gathering value and benefit data, collaborating with key business areas to align requirements, and liaising with Jet2Digital to initiate and track developments while managing the department's IT backlog.Establish and nurture effective working relationships with suppliers and colleagues across the organization to advance departmental and company interests.Prepare for and contribute to meetings, outlining discussion items and presenting recommendations.
Your Qualifications:
Experience in a process improvement role and/or in identifying and implementing enhancement initiatives.Strong decision-making, analytical, and critical thinking skills.Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.Excellent organizational abilities with the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously, adjusting priorities based on business needs.Strong verbal and written communication skills, with experience interacting with diverse business areas and colleagues.Comfortable navigating various business systems.Proficient in a Microsoft Office environment and related software.Able to work independently and take initiative.
