Location: Scotland
Salary: £36,000

This prestigious 5-star establishment features 16 exquisite rooms and self-contained units, all set against breathtaking views of the lush countryside and nearby Loch. Nestled within 350 acres of private grounds, our hotel boasts a top-tier spa, comprehensive leisure amenities, and a renowned golf course, complemented by a Michelin-starred fine dining venue and a cozy bistro.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all housekeeping operations across the property, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
- Lead, motivate, and develop a skilled housekeeping team.
- Maintain exceptional attention to detail in all aspects of service delivery.
- Engage in hands-on housekeeping tasks, ensuring a direct involvement in daily operations.

Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or similar role within a 4 or 5-star hotel environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a team.
- Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving capabilities.
- Flexible and proactive approach with a positive attitude.
- Own transportation is required; please note this is not a live-in position.
