We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Chief Housekeeping Officer for a prestigious luxury 5-star establishment. This remarkable hotel features 16 elegantly appointed rooms and self-contained lodgings that offer breathtaking views of the picturesque landscape and nearby Loch.

Situated on an expansive 350-acre estate, the hotel boasts a luxurious spa, recreational amenities, and a golf course. Guests can indulge in exquisite dining at our Michelin-starred restaurant or enjoy casual meals at our bistro.

As the Chief Housekeeping Officer, you will oversee all housekeeping operations and lead a team dedicated to maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction. Your role will be hands-on, ensuring that our guests experience unparalleled service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily housekeeping operations and team performance.
  • Uphold exceptional cleanliness standards throughout the property.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve any issues effectively.
  • Foster a positive and motivated team environment.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or similar role.
  • Background in a 5-star or 4-star hotel environment.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and customer service abilities.
  • Ability to address challenges in a practical and logical manner.
  • Flexibility and a positive attitude are essential.
  • Must have reliable transportation.
