Rennie Grove Peace Hospice Care is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our Leadership Team as the Director of Learning and Employee Engagement. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the ongoing development of our culture and drive positive colleague engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive Learning strategy across the organization, ensuring all employees and volunteers have access to relevant training and development opportunities.
- Identify and address the learning and development needs of all employees and volunteers at all levels, including induction, management, and leadership development.
- Establish frameworks for monitoring and recording all learning activity, providing regular reports to the Leadership Team.
- Develop and implement a Colleague Engagement strategy, focusing on communication, culture, and leadership.
- Deploy a listening tool to understand employee and volunteer feedback, collaborating with colleagues to drive workplace improvement.
- Recruit, select, and retain staff and volunteers with the right skills to deliver organizational strategy, aligned with our values.
- Perform all people management responsibilities, including absence management, performance management, disciplinary, and grievances, supported by Rennie Grove Peace policies and procedures.
- Support personal development through coaching, support, and training.
