We're seeking a skilled Team Leader to manage our Repairs Team and provide exceptional support to our customers.

As a key member of our Customer Support team, you'll be responsible for leading a team of Customer Support Repairs Advisors, managing non-complex repairs cases, and driving a first call resolution.

You'll work closely with contractors and wider teams to improve current processes and source solutions for improvement.

With a focus on customer satisfaction, you'll be responsible for coaching and developing your team, identifying training needs, and providing constructive feedback.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of Customer Support Repairs Advisors
  • Manage non-complex repairs cases
  • Drive a first call resolution
  • Work with contractors and wider teams to improve processes
  • Coach and develop team members
  • Identify training needs and provide coaching

Requirements:

  • Ability to effectively manage people
  • Ability to have constructive and challenging conversations
  • Good PC skills, including Word and PowerPoint
  • Experience of working to targets and supporting a complex business
  • Able to participate in out-of-hours rota and work within a shift pattern
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
