Role Overview:
Kelvatek, a division of the Camlin Group, is looking for a Customer Support & Repair Technician to join the Customer Services team. The successful candidate will employ standardized methods, tools, and practices to guarantee top-notch repairs.
Key Responsibilities:
Repair Operations:
- Take full ownership of the unit repair process.
- Complete repairs utilizing standardized techniques, tools, and practices.
- Ensure accurate documentation of repair activities.
- Implement controlled documentation and instrumentation.
- Complete online AYS administration accurately.
- Conduct thorough work assessments prior to quoting.
- Perform additional non-repair technician duties as necessary.
Customer Service:
- Collaborate closely with the Customer Service & Repair Team Lead and Manager to resolve all customer inquiries, complaints, and issues promptly and effectively.
- Address escalated customer concerns in partnership with the Customer Service & Repair Team Lead.
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of experience in a challenging repair engineering environment.
- Qualification in Electrical/Electronic Engineering - HNC/HND level preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with a positive demeanor.
- Familiarity with Lean/Six Sigma principles and proficient IT skills.
