Position: Customer Support and Repair TechnicianLocation: OnsiteEmployment Type: Full-time, onsite 5 days a week

Role Overview:

Kelvatek, a division of the Camlin Group, is looking for a Customer Support & Repair Technician to join the Customer Services team. The successful candidate will employ standardized methods, tools, and practices to guarantee top-notch repairs.

Key Responsibilities:

Repair Operations:

  • Take full ownership of the unit repair process.
  • Complete repairs utilizing standardized techniques, tools, and practices.
  • Ensure accurate documentation of repair activities.
  • Implement controlled documentation and instrumentation.
  • Complete online AYS administration accurately.
  • Conduct thorough work assessments prior to quoting.
  • Perform additional non-repair technician duties as necessary.

Customer Service:

  • Collaborate closely with the Customer Service & Repair Team Lead and Manager to resolve all customer inquiries, complaints, and issues promptly and effectively.
  • Address escalated customer concerns in partnership with the Customer Service & Repair Team Lead.

Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of experience in a challenging repair engineering environment.
  • Qualification in Electrical/Electronic Engineering - HNC/HND level preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills with a positive demeanor.
  • Familiarity with Lean/Six Sigma principles and proficient IT skills.
