  • Identify and implement cost reduction opportunities through lean processes and continuous improvement programs.
  • Ensure a safe and healthy work environment by implementing and enforcing safety protocols and procedures.
  • Develop and manage labor budgets to ensure efficient resource allocation.
  • Improve employee engagement and retention through effective communication and leadership.
  • Deliver departmental KPIs and personal development objectives.
  • Participate in the site's HACCP team to ensure compliance with food safety regulations.
  • Ensure compliance with COSHH regulations and all health, safety, and company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • 3 years of experience in a similar role managing a team in a challenging environment.
  • COSHH trained.
  • HACCP Level 2 certified.
  • FLT trained.
  • First aid trained.
  • Fire marshal certified.
