About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Service Manager to join our Community Wellbeing and Mental Health (CWAMH) senior management team at Sheffield Children's NHS Foundation Trust.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the delivery of clinical services within CWAMH, including Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, and Dietetics. This will involve managing a team of professionals, developing business cases, contracting, and workforce planning.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead on effective and efficient management of the complete clinical pathway
  • Develop and implement service plans to improve patient outcomes
  • Manage budgets and resources to ensure efficient use of funds
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including clinicians, managers, and external partners
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and Trust policies

Person Specification

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • Masters level degree or equivalent level of relevant management experience
  • Evidence of ongoing professional development
  • Significant relevant managerial experience
  • Proven leadership skills
  • Excellent and robust interpersonal and communication skills
