Position: Business Onboarding SME
Role Summary:
- Guide onboarding teams in conducting risk evaluations and comprehensive due diligence.
- Recognize high-risk applications and offer assistance to clients.
- Facilitate engaging training sessions and provide coaching to team members.
- Enhance processes and update policies as necessary.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to advance projects and implement guidance modifications.
Qualifications:
- Professional certification in KYB or a minimum of 2 years' experience in Business Onboarding or Due Diligence.
- Proven history of conducting training sessions focused on risk evaluation.
- Capability to thrive in a dynamic environment while managing multiple initiatives.
- Outstanding communication abilities and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Familiarity with Money Laundering Regulations and JMLSG guidelines.
