Job Title: Head of Health

HRLife Ltd is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Head of Health to join their team. As a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, you will be responsible for leading and developing the performance of the Safety, Health, Environment & Quality (SHEQ) function across the business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement SHEQ strategies to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies.
  • Lead by example to promote a positive health and safety culture throughout the organization.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to ensure effective communication and coordination of SHEQ initiatives.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees on SHEQ matters.
  • Monitor and report on SHEQ performance metrics and make recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a senior SHEQ role, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Strong knowledge of relevant regulations and standards.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
