Job Summary:
Prospero Teaching Careers is seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Teaching Assistant at a 'Good' Ofsted rated SEN School. As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing emotional care and academic support to students with Social, Emotional, Mental Health, Social Communicational Difficulties & Associated Learning Difficulties.
About the Role:
- Provide support to pupils, teachers, and the school, working within small-class sizes or with pupils on a 1:1 basis.
- Offer a therapeutic approach rich in vocational opportunities to help students overcome barriers to learning and promote social, emotional well-being.
- Work collaboratively with the school's staff to develop and implement tailored educational packages.
Requirements:
- GCSEs or equivalent.
Contract Details:
- Full-time position.
- Minimum rate of pay: From GBP 98.20.
- Hours: 8 hours per week.
