Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and adaptable Learning Support Assistant to join our Education team at Aspris Children's Services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support students with their work and behavior, working closely with the class teacher.
  • Assist the Inclusion Lead for Pastoral/Behavior in various key tasks, including behavior incident analysis and reporting.
  • Update support plans and assessments, and liaise with staff, parents, and students.
  • Organize pastoral training and deliver support to individual students.

Requirements

  • Experience in an SEN environment is beneficial.
  • Key characteristics include resilience, communication, organization, care, and attentiveness.
