About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Facilities Operations Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective setup of all training activities and equipment at our facility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set up buildings for training exercises, including lifting pallets and straw
  • Clean buildings after training exercises are complete, including sweeping and clearing the buildings
  • Clean lighting, drains, and gullies
  • Report all building and equipment defects and issues
  • Work collaboratively with our existing team and use your own initiative to achieve goals
Requirements
  • Reliable and trustworthy individual
  • Strong team player with excellent communication skills
  • Ability to lift pallets and work on your feet for extended periods
  • Basic IT skills and proficiency in using various software applications
