About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced individual to join our Facilities Team at Charlton Lane Hospital and Locality sites.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a continuous and consistent service to meet the needs of the Hospital/Units throughout the Facilities Department.

This includes organizing rotas to ensure appropriate staff cover is provided to areas requiring Facilities tasks to be undertaken, supervising and allocating staff to provide a Facilities function in locality sites, and managing food, consumables and linen stock levels on site.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facilities management, excellent communication and leadership skills, and the ability to prioritize workload and provide a proactive service to the locality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a high standard of facilities services across the Hospital/Units.
  • Organize and manage the Facilities Team to ensure effective delivery of services.
  • Supervise and develop staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles.
  • Manage and maintain facilities equipment and systems to ensure they are in good working order.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless service delivery.
