Role Overview: As a Field Care Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in our management service delivery team. Your responsibilities will include overseeing personal care services for Homeowners, ensuring that our care offerings are customized to meet individual needs and preferences. You will collaborate closely with the Registered Care Manager to supervise Care & Support Assistants, guarantee compliance with organizational standards, and assist in developing personalized care plans that uphold dignity, privacy, and positive outcomes.
You will utilize your personal vehicle for work-related travel, with all expenses reimbursed, allowing you to navigate between our developments in North Bristol without financial concerns.
Key Duties:
Assist the Registered Care Manager in managing a specific area, including staff oversight and Homeowner evaluations. Ensure our care services are safe, effective, and of the highest quality. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to maintain effective communication and administrative processes. Monitor and support Care Workers, conducting competency assessments and surprise checks. Provide out-of-hours on-call support as part of the on-call rotation. Perform administrative tasks and aid in generating management information.Candidate Requirements:
At least 2 years of experience in care and a Level 2 qualification in Health and Social Care (or equivalent). Willingness to pursue a Level 3 qualification. Strong understanding of the care sector and independent living for older adults. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities. Capability to work independently and as part of a team, with flexibility to work remotely or at a development office.Why Work with Us?
