**Job Overview**

We are seeking a Care Team Leader to join our team at Vetro Recruitment. As a Care Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of support workers to provide exceptional care and support to vulnerable adults with learning disabilities.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Lead a team of support workers to provide person-centred care and support to adults with learning disabilities.
  • Work closely with the Registered Manager and Deputy Manager to ensure a stable and caring environment.
  • Provide physical and emotional support to adults in residence through the work of a care team.
  • Deputise for the Registered Manager and Deputy Manager as required.

**Requirements**

  • QCF Level 2 in Adult Health & Social Care or equivalent qualification.
  • Knowledge of management practice including principles of effective supervision and appraisal.
  • Good knowledge of learning disabilities and/or special needs including recent developments.
  • Experience working at a senior level in a residential care environment.
