We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Leader to join our Community Care team. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of Community Care Assistants and ensuring the smooth delivery of our services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of Community Care Assistants to deliver excellent customer service
  • Assist the Compliance Team with daily, weekly, and monthly Health and Safety base checks
  • Liaise with the Fleet supervisor to ensure all vehicles are suitable for road use
  • Ensure personal data management systems are kept up to date
  • Support the Contract Manager with delivery of KPIs
  • Assist the Contract Manager with the effective management of all resources
  • Conduct probationary reviews with Community Care Assistants
  • Complete thorough and fair investigations prior to disciplinary
  • Participate in recruitment and selection processes
  • Deliver Annual Skills Development training and conduct driving assessments

Requirements:

  • A minimum of one year recent management/supervisor experience
  • The ability to build strong, effective relationships with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Meticulously organized with a proven track record of successfully reaching deadlines
  • A full valid UK driving license, with less than 3 penalty points
