We are seeking a skilled and experienced Insurance Team Leader to join our team in Bristol. As a dynamic insurance management professional, you will lead our Commercial/Corporate client account teams and drive business growth.

This high-impact position offers exciting career opportunities for an experienced insurance leader who can deliver strong, visionary leadership and drive revenue growth. The successful candidate will design and execute a business plan aimed at achieving targeted revenue, aligned with growth goals.

The ideal candidate will have a proven record of success in a Commercial and/or Middle Market leadership role, with a strong track record of individual and team results. You will be a confident decision-maker with strong personal influence and the ability to work independently.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Delivering strong, visionary leadership to the Bristol offices Commercial & Corporate client account teams.
  • Designing and driving a business plan aimed at achieving targeted revenue, aligned with growth goals.
  • Creating an environment that supports team members in meeting individual and group objectives, with a focus on increasing recurring revenue streams.

We offer a competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including ongoing professional development, engaging work, and leadership that invests in your success.
