Position Overview

WeDoData is collaborating with a reputable educational institution seeking an IT Solutions Analyst.

This is a full-time, permanent position primarily based in the office, with the flexibility of one day working from home each week.

As part of a dedicated team, you will play a crucial role in server management, as well as the design, project oversight, and provision of advanced IT technical support across the institution.

The core responsibilities of this position will include patch management, necessitating proficiency in SCCM software and image deployment.

Additionally, you will explore and assess the integration of emerging technologies such as Virtual Reality, Augmented Reality, and Artificial Intelligence within the institution's systems.

Your role will also involve project coordination, so experience in managing projects, whether large or small, will be highly beneficial. The following qualifications are essential:

  • Experience in Server Administration.
  • Strong knowledge and experience with Active Directory and Group Policy.
  • A valid Driving License.
