Position: Business Solutions Analyst
We are excited to announce an opportunity for a skilled Business Solutions Analyst to become a vital member of our esteemed Technical Projects Team.

This position will involve a comprehensive range of genuine Business Analysis responsibilities aimed at facilitating and enabling the execution of strategic transformations across our diverse, multi-location organization.

In this capacity, you will play a crucial role in identifying pertinent technical business solutions that deliver essential functionality and performance.

The precise articulation of technology-driven changes will be demonstrated through your active participation in facilitating and delivering standard Business Analysis activities and structured outputs throughout the complete lifecycle of our strategically led projects and programs.

This role necessitates close collaboration and engagement with stakeholders at all levels within our organization, as well as direct interaction with colleagues across the Technical Projects team and the broader Technology department.

You will bring a wealth of proven business analysis experience, ideally acquired from various industries, along with a solid understanding of Change Management and Technical Project environments.

Your ability to manage a diverse and balanced workload will be essential, as will your confidence in proactively engaging with all business areas.

You will oversee requirements management, define Business Processes, and facilitate common activities within the Business Analysis profession, utilizing familiar tools and methodologies.

Your expertise in conducting workshops, mapping processes, and collaborating with vendors will be particularly valuable in this role, as will your contributions to enhancing our working practices to ensure we consistently provide exceptional service to the organization.

It is therefore crucial that you possess current experience in all facets of Business Process Management and end-to-end process mapping using industry-standard mapping tools.

Conducting workshops and gathering requirements, whether remotely or occasionally onsite, are significant aspects of this role, and your proficiency in these areas will be vital.

Ideally, you will hold the full BCS (or ISEB) Diploma in Business Analysis or be able to demonstrate a clear professional development trajectory towards obtaining the Diploma.
