About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Insights Analyst to join our team at Carnival Corporation & plc. As a Data Insights Analyst, you will play a key role in analyzing data to derive insights that enable our business to understand our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Access and use a range of data sources, including data about previous and future holiday bookings, pre-cruise and onboard spend, guest profile data and survey responses, to generate relevant insights that drive decision making across the business.
  • Collaborate with the team and stakeholders to identify key decisions and business priorities that can be influenced by data, and proactively explore the data to maximise impact.
  • Work closely with Data Science to support analysis of data and model outputs they generate, to add insight and visualisation, and make 'stakeholder ready'.
  • Support in the creation of clear, reusable and engaging data visualisations to bring guest data to life and provide reference content (including in the form of online dashboards) for stakeholders around the business.
  • Support analysis and reporting across the wider insight and data science teams.

About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Data Insights Analyst who can bring fresh ideas and different perspectives to the role. You will need:

  • Experience in manipulating and analysing large data sets to derive insights.
  • Experience using SQL to query databases.
  • Ability to generate insights from structured and unstructured data.
  • Ability to turn data into coherent, compelling, and relevant stories that drive business decisions.
  • Experience of analysing survey/customer experience data.
