About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Insights Analyst to join our team at Carnival Corporation & plc. As a key member of our insight and data science team, you will play a critical role in driving business decisions with data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities
  • Data Analysis: Analyze large data sets to derive insights that enable our business to understand our guests. Utilize a variety of data sources, including data about previous and future holiday bookings, pre-cruise and onboard spend, guest profile data, and survey responses.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify key decisions and business priorities that can be influenced by data. Proactively explore the data to maximize impact.
  • Data Visualization: Work closely with Data Science to support analysis of data and model outputs. Add insight and visualization to make 'stakeholder ready'.
  • Reporting: Support analysis and reporting across the wider insight and data science teams.
Requirements
  • Experience: Experience in manipulating and analyzing large data sets to derive insights. Experience using SQL to query databases.
  • Skills: Ability to generate insights from structured and unstructured data. Ability to turn data into coherent, compelling, and relevant stories that drive business decisions.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as mathematics, statistics, or computer science.
