Advanced Engineering Solutions (AES) is seeking a highly skilled Water Sector Consultant to join our team and contribute to the growth of our consultancy business in the water sector. As a Water Sector Consultant, you will be responsible for leveraging your expertise in pipeline engineering, materials science, and structural analysis to lead the expansion of our consultancy business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive the growth of AES's consultancy business within the water sector.
- Support ongoing work streams and identify new business opportunities with UK Water Companies.
- Lead the delivery of condition assessment reports, ensuring high-quality outputs.
- Commercialise the value of AES's assessment data to enhance client offerings.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in growing a consultancy practice or a strong interest in doing so.
- Bachelor's degree in general, civil, or mechanical engineering (or equivalent experience).
- Experience in pipeline engineering, structural engineering, and stress analysis, preferably within the water sector.
- Some background in materials science and statistical analysis.
- Proficiency in quantitative data analysis.
