Marketing Manager

The Marketing Manager is a key role at St Michaels Resort, responsible for leading the promotion and positioning of our brand. This position oversees the creation, publication, and distribution of content across all channels, supporting sales, marketing, and operational initiatives while enhancing the brand's business growth and reputation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the resort's digital presence, ensuring the website, booking engine, and social media platforms are optimized for driving targeted, engaged traffic.
  • Develop and implement creative marketing campaigns across all channels, including Rooms, Food & Drink, Meetings & Events, the Health Club, Spa, and self-catering apartments.
  • Act as the primary liaison with PR agencies, media outlets, creative partners, and other promotional entities, ensuring cohesive and effective communication of the resort's brand.
  • Lead and manage marketing projects, clearly defining scope, objectives, and timelines while meeting deadlines and contingency planning.
  • Monitor and manage the yearly marketing budget, overseeing the marketing team to ensure performance targets are met.
Requirements
  • Min 5 years marketing experience with 2 years team management.
  • Professional and courteous communication skills, both in person and over the phone.
  • Excellent organizational, administrative, and project management abilities.
  • Proficient in GA4 analysis and reporting.
  • Collaborative team player, flexible, and resourceful under pressure.
