About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Operations Coordinator to join our People Division. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our business operations, ensuring seamless day-to-day activities and contributing to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional administrative support to the People team, including but not limited to, L&D, recruitment, onboarding, reporting, and training coordination.
  • Develop strong working relationships with all areas of the business, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Support the effective administration of the company car and van fleet, and all associated activities.
  • Assist in special events administration, including gifts and cards.
  • Work with L&D to ensure full promotion of further development across the business.
  • Ownership of the AVK training matrix, ensuring all qualifications and courses are recorded and uploaded onto the HRIS.
