Team Overview

The Creative Building team operates within a newly established organization, CreativeX, under the Amazon Advertising umbrella. Our mission is to democratize access to premium creative assets (images, videos, audio) by developing generative AI-driven solutions. Our clientele includes self-service advertisers, agencies, and high-end brands advertising on Amazon.

To achieve our goals, we are investing in cutting-edge generative AI technologies, including latent-diffusion models, large language models (LLM), computer vision (CV), reinforcement learning (RL), and advanced image and video synthesis.

Your Responsibilities

We are looking for a seasoned product manager skilled in inventing and scaling creative products. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in product management, with a preference for familiarity with generative AI, machine learning, or computer vision.

This prominent role offers significant influence and opportunities for growth. You will collaborate across various functions, including engineering, science, design, marketing, operations, finance, and legal.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Understanding customer needs to craft an inspiring product vision for creative building.
  • Effectively communicating your vision and roadmap to leadership, partner teams, and customers.
  • Collaborating with scientific teams to experiment and iterate quickly on generative methods.
  • Developing and executing product roadmaps and delivery commitments.
  • Working closely with UX to define optimal advertiser experiences.
  • Leading go-to-market strategies, including defining value propositions and key messaging.
  • Consistently enhancing customer satisfaction through ongoing improvements.

Your daily activities will involve:

  • Engaging with customers, scientists, and partners to understand their needs.
  • Staying informed about industry developments and external landscape.
  • Creating product visions and working backwards documents.
  • Reviewing engineering designs to ensure impactful deliverables.
  • Crafting compelling messaging that resonates with executives and customers alike.
  • Continuously improving product quality through diligent inspection and execution.
QualificationsBasic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Proven experience in driving roadmap strategy and definition.
  • Experience in feature delivery and product trade-offs.
  • Involvement in engineering discussions regarding technology decisions and product strategy.
  • Ability to represent and advocate for diverse customers and stakeholders during executive-level planning.
  • Experience in technical product management, program management, or engineering.
  • End-to-end product delivery experience.
  • Ability to bridge technical and business teams to refine requirements and ensure timely delivery of commitments.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with analytical tools such as Tableau, Qlikview, or QuickSight.
  • Proven track record in building and promoting new tools.
  • Experience collaborating with scientific teams, with knowledge of machine learning, computer vision, or generative AI.
