About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Dynamic Creative Manager to join our team at Dentsu. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and leading the technical strategy, set-up, and optimization of all personalized advertising and marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement robust strategic planning and processes for technical-related responsibilities across data-driven dynamic creative campaigns.
  • Design and deliver data presentation in a beneficial manner to clients, demonstrating clear ROI.
  • Oversee accurate technical set-up, strategy-tailored implementations, and successful outputs of campaigns from brief to final reporting phase.
  • Lead a team of technical specialists, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality technical outputs.
  • Pioneer and effectively test different techniques and solutions for technical outputs, driving sustainable upward growth and benefits for clients.
  • Initiate, manage, and evolve processes and solutions for efficient and effective integration of the dynamic creative product with external technology partners and internal teams.
  • Manage the specialist team of developers, ensuring the level of resource is accurate for a consistent stream of successfully completed projects.
  • Responsible for line management of team members, providing professional guidance and clear objectives to enable confidence and success for individuals.
  • Support the Dynamic Creative Director with managing the technical development and testing of latest data-driven dynamic creative platform and technology solutions.
  • Contribute to new business activities from a technical and strategy perspective, proactively identifying opportunities for growth and improvements by contributing to maturity roadmaps for clients.
Requirements
  • Previous D.C.O experience is essential, preferably at Manager level.
  • Strong familiarity with logic that can be used in Excel/Google sheets.
  • Data storytelling & carpentry (cleaning).
  • Understanding of web development advantageous, particularly and ability to read code.
  • Knows basic principles of relational database design, particularly how to design tables with primary and secondary keys.
  • Basic scripting.
