Job Description

Role Overview

The Dynamic Creative Account Manager will be responsible for developing and leading data-driven dynamic creative (DCO) strategies, ensuring year-on-year client growth. This role requires a proven track record of delivering high-level strategic thinking, in-depth campaign analysis, and effective testing for dynamic creative campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead DCO strategies, set-up, and optimization of personalized advertising and marketing campaigns.
  • Establish a proven track record of delivering high-level strategic thinking, in-depth campaign analysis, and effective testing for dynamic creative campaigns.
  • Proactively orchestrate a team of DCO specialists, providing guidance and support for individual performance development and strategic roadmap management.
  • Manage the production and delivery of outputs across all Dynamic Creative campaigns to a high standard, with guidance from seniors and directors.
  • Lead on new business opportunities, including in-person and virtual pitches, presentations, and workshops with clients.
  • Collaborate and build relationships with key stakeholders and partners on dynamic creative projects, ensuring outputs meet project timelines, objectives, and purpose.
  • Ensure quality assurance and maintain client relationships.
  • Responsible for drafting proposals, scopes of work, financial onboarding, forecasting, and billing per account.
  • Line manage team members, providing professional guidance and clear objectives to enable confidence and success.

Requirements

  • Previous DCO experience is essential, preferably at Manager level.
