Job Title: Management Accountant - Revenue Recognition Specialist

Pratap Partnership is seeking a highly skilled Management Accountant to join our team in a Revenue Recognition Specialist role. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for analysing revenue performance, identifying variances, and ensuring accurate reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct month-end analysis on recognised revenues by customer, identifying and explaining variances to budget/forecast.
  • Collaborate with Project Managers and Account Managers to monitor revenue performance, ensuring project accuracy.
  • Ensure all financial transactions are correctly processed and accurately reflected in the general ledgers.
  • Review customer contracts for revenue recognition and system set up.
  • Perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations, investigating and reporting variances.
  • Ensure compliance with internal financial reporting standards.
  • Assist with Group and local statutory audits.
  • Manage and supervise a junior Accountant.
Requirements:
  • ACA/CIMA/ACCA qualified or equivalent.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in financial software and MS Office Suite.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
