Commercial Insurance Account Handler

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Insurance Account Handler to join our team at Stride Resource Management Ltd. As a key member of our insurance team, you will be responsible for handling a portfolio of commercial insurance clients, providing exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of commercial insurance clients, providing proactive and reactive support to ensure their insurance needs are met.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored insurance solutions.
  • Work closely with underwriters and brokers to negotiate premiums and policy terms that meet client needs.
  • Produce regular reports and analysis to inform business decisions and drive growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and regulatory changes, ensuring compliance and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a commercial insurance account handling role, with a strong understanding of insurance products and services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • CII qualified or equivalent, with a strong understanding of insurance principles and practices.
