We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts Administrator to join our team at Bellrock Property and Facilities Management. As an Accounts Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Finance department.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor and record financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Process purchase orders, invoices, and supplier statements, resolving any discrepancies or issues.
- Support the Head of Financial Processing in maintaining computerized accounting systems and updating approved supplier and subcontractor records.
- Assist in preparing management information reports and inputting finance data into works management and accounting software.
- Undertake credit control activities, making prompt contact with sub-contractors and suppliers to resolve errors and issues.
- Provide cover for departmental colleagues as required and perform general administrative tasks, including photocopying, filing, and scanning.
- Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail.
- Proven administration experience, with a strong understanding of financial processes and procedures.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to work confidentially and with sensitivity.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently and prioritize deadlines.
- Knowledge and experience of Purchase and Sales Ledger systems, with a desire to learn and develop skills.
