About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Relief Support Worker to join our team in Ealing. As a Relief Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to vulnerable adults with learning disabilities and mental health needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Encourage individuals to participate in leisure activities and outings
  • Accompany individuals on trips and holidays
  • Create a welcoming and engaging environment for individuals to live in
  • Assist with daily tasks and chores
  • Develop life skills and independence in individuals
  • Support with personal care and feeding needs
  • Administer medication as required
Requirements
  • Compassion and integrity
  • Ability to manage workload and administration tasks
  • Willingness to promote a person-centred approach
  • Strong, honest, responsive, and united approach to support work
  • Creative and able to engage and enable individuals to make choices
  • Confident with computers and software packages
  • Diverse knowledge of cultures
