Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Inbound Customer Advisor. As a key member of our Wealth Organisation, you will provide exceptional service to our customers, answering their queries and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities- Provide personalized support to customers via phone, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and loyalty.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services, including Investment Bonds, Pension Savings, and Platform Investments.
- Utilize excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, applying this knowledge to improve customer outcomes.
- A competitive starting salary between £24,200-£27,300 (dependent on hours, location, skills, and experience).
- A bonus opportunity of up to 6% of annual salary, based on performance.
- A generous pension scheme, with Aviva contributing up to 14%.
