Role: Field Service Engineer

Location: Midlands (Field Based)

Hours: Full time

Salary: Up to £45,000

We are seeking a skilled Field Service Engineer to provide professional service and support for customers by performing field service installation, startup, repairs, and maintenance of FMCG Machinery.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide timely and effective resolution of customer issues
  2. Ensure customer satisfaction through excellent service and communication
  3. Perform installation, startup, repairs, and maintenance of FMCG Machinery
  4. Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices
Requirements:
  1. 2-4 years of experience in the field service industry and/or food industry knowledge
  2. Apprenticeship or equivalent Electro-mechanical experience preferred
  3. Previous experience and knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, and motor control circuitry required
  4. PLC's with Ladder Logic knowledge is advantageous
  5. Must be able to read and understand electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic diagrams
  6. Possess a full valid driver's license for this role
