Spire Healthcare is pleased to announce a rewarding opportunity for a Hospitality Support Specialist (Pantry) to become a vital member of our Hospitality team. This role offers both full-time and part-time permanent positions, with flexible hours of 22.5, 30, or 37.5 hours per week across 3, 4, or 5 days.

Our Hospitality Teams play a crucial role in enhancing the experience of patients who come to our facilities for various treatments and surgical procedures. We seek an individual who excels in delivering outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

In this dynamic position, you will assist our Catering team in delivering exceptional care to patients on our wards, helping them with menu selections, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring regular availability of refreshments. Upholding quality assurance and maintaining patient confidentiality is essential at all times. You will be instrumental in ensuring compliance with all Health and Safety regulations.

Ideal Candidate:

Previous experience in a customer-facing role, whether in the Care, Hospitality, or Retail sectors. Proven ability to work independently and take initiative. A positive and adaptable attitude towards customer service, along with strong communication skills. Willingness to work on a monthly rota that may include weekends as needed. Availability to work during our operational hours from 06:00 – 22:00, accommodating a variety of shifts.
