Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Hospitality Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will take on responsibility for advertising, promotion, and public relations. This hands-on role requires a self-motivated individual with excellent communication, organization, and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Independently plan and execute marketing activities to drive revenue for our clients
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth
  • Identify and approach potential clients to secure new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
  • Be highly organized and confident in managing your duties
  • Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Manager and Events Manager to develop B2C and B2B promotional campaigns
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospective clients
  • Manage and track sales and marketing budgets
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competition, and marketing conditions

Requirements

  • Previous experience in hospitality sales and marketing
  • Excellent articulate communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build influential relationships and deliver results
  • Ability to manage multiple projects
  • Knowledge of industry trends and best practices
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Solid knowledge of MS Office suite
