Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Food and Beverage Service Expert to join our team at London Marriott Hotel County Hall. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring our guests enjoy exceptional service by providing in-depth knowledge of our menu, making recommendations, and addressing any customer inquiries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Knowledge and Service
    • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and pairing suggestions.
    • Provide exceptional service to guests, including making recommendations and answering questions about menu items.
  • Restaurant Breakfast Area Preparation
    • Ensure the restaurant breakfast area is prepared and ready for service, adhering to departmental checklists and standards.
  • Food and Beverage Service
    • Ensure food and beverages are served consistently, in line with standard presentation and quality expectations.
  • Clearing and Cleaning
    • Follow the clearing procedure and ensure all rooms are cleared after each shift, maintaining a clean and organized environment.
