  • Conduct effective and engaging daily briefings prior to each service.
  • Foster guest loyalty by continuously enhancing knowledge of the restaurant's offerings to provide personalized service.
  • Work closely with the Restaurant Manager to meet weekly revenue and profit objectives.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.
  • Undertake additional tasks as required by Senior Management.
