Leadership and Team Development:

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading, mentoring, and supporting a group of professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance. This will involve:

  • Providing guidance and support to team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
  • Identifying and addressing any performance gaps or areas for improvement within the team.
  • Developing and implementing strategies to enhance team collaboration and communication.

Case Management and Expertise:

You will provide expert advice and guidance on complex cases, including:

  • Attending multi-agency professional meetings to discuss and resolve complex issues.
  • Advocating on behalf of customers to ensure their needs are met and their voices are heard.

Service Quality and Improvement:

You will be responsible for monitoring and ensuring adherence to our quality assurance framework, which includes:

  • Identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance the customer experience.
  • Working with stakeholders to develop and implement service improvements.

Collaboration and Partnerships:

You will work closely with external organizations, including:

  • Charities and local authorities to secure the best outcomes for our customers.
  • Health services to ensure seamless delivery of services.
