We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team at Sytner Group. As a Service Advisor, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer care and ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer care and communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
- Inform and consult with customers on vehicle servicing, ensuring they are kept up-to-date at every stage.
- Liaise with technicians and workshop control to ensure vehicles are ready on time and meet customer expectations.
