About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Graduate Project Manager to join our team at ea Change. As a Graduate Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in contributing to the success of our nationwide Change and IT projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope and objectives, ensuring alignment with organisational goals.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, leveraging your exceptional problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Assist in the identification and mitigation of project risks, working closely with IT professionals to ensure successful project implementation.
  • Communicate project progress and updates to stakeholders, utilizing your strong soft skills and excellent communication abilities.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes, driving innovation and excellence within the team.
Requirements
  • Possession of an undergraduate degree in a relevant field.
  • Right to work in the United Kingdom.
  • Strong GCSE and A-Level grades (or equivalent).
  • A passionate interest in Change and IT, with a desire to springboard your career into the exhilarating world of Business Change.
