About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Project Support Officer to join our Transformation Unit team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the delivery of digital projects and initiatives across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the development and implementation of digital projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize digital project opportunities, and develop project plans and timelines.
  • Conduct detailed analysis and research to inform digital project decisions, and provide recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, project sponsors, and project team members.
  • Provide project management support, including coordinating meetings, tracking progress, and ensuring timely delivery of project milestones.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in digital project management, with a strong understanding of project methodologies and tools.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data to inform project decisions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Knowledge of digital transformation principles and practices, with a strong understanding of the business benefits and challenges associated with digital change.
