About the Role

Fuelius is seeking a highly skilled Senior Digital Transformation Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex CRM implementations for our clients. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in driving the successful delivery of digital transformation projects, leveraging your expertise in project management, stakeholder engagement, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Oversee the entire lifecycle of digital transformation projects, with a strong focus on HubSpot CRM implementations.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration throughout the project.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and coordinate multi-disciplinary teams, including engineers, CRM specialists, and systems architects, to deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Technical Expertise: Develop and maintain strong technical skills, including proficiency in Jira and other project management tools, as well as experience with CRM platforms, particularly HubSpot.
Requirements
  • Experience: 4-6 years of proven experience in project management, ideally within a fast-paced agency environment, with a strong focus on digital transformation projects.
  • Methodologies: Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with project management methodologies such as Waterfall, PRINCE2, and Agile.
  • Skills and Abilities: Excellent stakeholder management, team leadership, organisational, problem-solving, and budget management skills, with a focus on delivering tangible results.
