We are seeking a dynamic and experienced English Lead to join our Transformation Unit team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of community mental health nurses and support workers.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in community-facing services and experience in managing complex and high-risk cases. They will be able to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines, while also demonstrating excellent clinical leadership and MDT working skills.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of community mental health nurses and support workers
- Develop and implement quality improvements and patient-focused outcomes
- Work closely with the Clinical Lead Nurse to ensure a high standard of care and treatment is delivered
- Facilitate regular supportive supervision of staff
- Previous experience in the effective management of complex and high-risk cases
- Experience of staff management
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines
