Job Overview

The Welsh Ambulance Services NHS Trust is seeking a skilled Transformation Project Lead to support the delivery of its exciting transformation journey. The Transformation Support Office has been established to drive forward key projects and programmes, and this role will play a crucial part in ensuring the success of these initiatives.

This is an exciting opportunity for a project manager to work within one of only two 'All Wales' NHS Trusts, supporting and gaining exposure to key projects across the length and breadth of the organisation.

The ideal candidate will have experience of what great project management looks like and be able to offer their knowledge and expertise to support the delivery of the organisation's key projects.

Main Duties of the Job

The Transformation Project Lead will be responsible for leading and managing projects and programmes within the Transformation Support Office. This will involve working closely with stakeholders to understand project requirements and delivering projects that meet the needs of the organisation.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post, but Welch and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
