About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Transformation Lead to join our Transformation Unit. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the transformation of our mental health services, ensuring that they are patient-centered, efficient, and effective.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive transformation strategy for our mental health services.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to address these challenges.
  • Oversee the implementation of new policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Provide clinical leadership and guidance to our mental health teams, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and resources to deliver high-quality care.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including patients, families, and community organizations.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in a relevant field, such as nursing, psychology, or healthcare administration.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in a mental health setting.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading transformation initiatives and improving patient outcomes.
